Biography:
Mbawala Augustin studied and obtained his Bachelor's degree in 1981 at the University of Yaounde and received his Ph.D. degree in 1990 at the University of Nancy 1. Now, he is the Head of the Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Biotechnology of ENSAI at the University of Ngaoundere. He has published at least 33 papers in Journals with DOI and high impact factor and a book on the Challenges of Indigenous Fermented Milks from Cameroon and Chad. His research team is working actually on a project concerning the potential utilizations of Bioemulsifiers/Biosurfactants in health care.
