Dr. Mohamed ZARID studied Food Technology at the FST-BM, Morocco and graduated as MS. He then joined the research group of Prof. Juan Pablo Fernández Trujillo at the Univesrsidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Spain. He received his PhD degree in 2020 at the same institution. After two years postdoctoral fellowship supervised by Dr Bénédicte QUILOT-TURION at the INRAE-Avignon, France he obtained the position of Teaching and Research Staff at the UPCT. He has published more than 13 research articles in SCI(E) journals.
