Title: Ancient wisdom, modern science: Biotech services transforming ayurveda
Abstract:
Health systems and health trends are always changing. Since no health system is flawless, a complement is required. As a result, practitioners of Western medicine (WM) are searching for traditional medicine Ayurveda (TM), and vice versa, since TM is better at treating chronic illnesses while WM is better at treating emergencies. Despite having different ideas and approaches, both systems have comparable goals, which is a comfort. Despite its promise, the scientific community's recognition of TM remains restricted globally due to a lack of scientific proof of its advantages and effectiveness.
One of the world's oldest TM systems, Ayurveda continues to benefit humanity despite changes in the environment, geography, weather, and soil composition that lead to the emergence of new diseases. The problem of maintaining excellent health is so emerging. As a result, it is necessary to conduct research that both satisfies the principles of biomedical research and is applicable in its own way. Multidisciplinary study integrating Ayurvedic specialists and technology is the most effective method for achieving this. Biotechnology uses naturally occurring materials, such as plants, animals, and minerals, to provide methods for both illness diagnosis and therapy.
The current evaluation is only a summary of the potential applications of Ayurveda in the current situation. Biotechnology is similar to "the service provider," but Ayurveda is the "science of life." As a result, biotechnology has all the methods needed to fully benefit Ayurveda and humanity as a whole. By fusing biotechnology with Ayurveda, it might even lead to a novel strategy.
