Title: Study of genetic variation analysis by RFLP
Abstract:
The genetic variation analysis that is performed by Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism is a molecular biology aspect of research and other diagnostic related research area which performs the analysis in molecular level i.e., DNA strand variations or the similarities and uncertainty between one or more individuals. This abstract of my project work shows the procedure which we perform to analysis any sample which contain good quantity of DNA and perform the Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism technique which involves the use of a known gene i.e. TFGAlpha Gene that helped as a ladder for the mixture reaction. Firstly samples were collected and the DNA were extracted carefully from the samples and then after we confirmed that it contains good amount and required quality of DNA we then performed PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) for multiplying the DNA present in our sample so after the amplification of the DNA strands we then run gel electrophoresis observing the distance travelled by the DNA that our sample consists and analyzing it under the monitor which is connected with the gel illuminator. In the different parts of this project work we came up with different methodologies that ensures to be very effective in the resulting of one's variation study whether it is related to on single individual or species. RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) is widely used method in the field of biomedical field also where diagnostic of certain disease are result of analyzing the variations of gene throughout their study of certain DNA or strand of it.
