In biotechnology, biochemistry, or in any other department protein analysis is a very important role in understanding the disease mechanism, cellular processes, and drug development, This project shows few comprehensive approach for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of protein content in the given tissue samples.The study will start with the process of protein isolation from an oral cancerous tissue of human through Radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) buffer method known as a lysis buffer. Qualitative analysis of protein involves identifying weather the protein is present or absent in the given protein sample. This study can be done by various method but in this project we are using sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) which is a method of separation of protein molecules based on their molecular weight in the presence of electric current. Now for the quantitative estimation of protein Nanodrop spectrophotometer is used which determines the exact protein concentration within the tissue sample. It is a simple, rapid and accurate technique used for analyzing protein and nucleic acid concentrations in samples. This study aims to enhance our understanding of these methods for protein extraction, quantify and qualifying protein and helps in better understanding of protein biology.
